The warm act was something of af freak show. 45 min intermission and then the lights went slowly down and the room got ecstatic!
All was still - and then.. Lights on and the opening riffs of Nirvana and the crowd went crazy. From Nirvana straight into Big Neon before Ian finally spoke his first words that evening.
He was saying - you are the most intelligent people in Europe so what the hell are you doing sitting down at a Cult show - pointed to the first 3 rows center.
He went on; This is not a symphonyshow but a rock show and I want to see everybody down infront of me NOW.
So people just ran to the front even people that was sitting up behind the scene came down and the party got started for real!!
Billy seemed a bit like he couldnīt care less during the LOVE bit, but that change during the encore set.
The sound was awesome. Crystal clear and Ian sang the best I ever heard.
The encore set was wild wild wild. That night the band was tight, the set was tight everything came together and made this show the best one ever on Danish ground.
Billy did the axe on the guitar, Ian tossed the microphone and swirled like the old days and Tempesta beat the living daylights out of the drums.
